 Print and electronic media typically give a 15% discount to agencies that place ads on clients’ behalf. This can include providing commercial scripts (for station production) or finished A/V files and camera-ready artwork. You pay no more—and often less*—than contacting the media on your own to place ads directly. While there may be billable time for physically creating your ads, there is no charge for the following services:
- Researching and recommending media that matches your marketing strategies
- Negotiating rates with media outlets*
- Placing and monitoring advertising orders
- Delivering finished advertisements to the media
- Serving as a single point of billing for all of your advertising placement
